A seminar on the challenges facing advanced and developing economies as they pursue the goals of the Paris agreement while maintaining energy security and economic competitiveness. Students work through the architecture of global energy and climate governance, the constraints policymakers actually face, and the deployment prospects for the major clean energy technologies over the coming decades.
